A new year brings opportunities for new beginnings. We establish new goals that will help in our journey to better our health, gain more knowledge, and hopefully grow closer in our relationship with Christ. We can set these goals throughout the year, but there is something about having a fresh start where we can almost erase the previous year and start again from scratch.
After a few weeks into this year, we may find ourselves veering off of the path we set to make it our best. We will experience failure and setbacks this year, just as we did last year. Let’s not keep ourselves from experiencing a deeper relationship with God just because that new year smell wears off. Keep up your goals by doing them little by little. Eventually, it will grow into something much greater!
Fortunately for those who believe in Jesus, there will be a new beginning. God is making all things new, and one day, we will live in a perfect world with our perfect creator. Keep finding ways to invest in the Kingdom of God and help grow the community that will get to experience all things new! Instead of making this year the best for yourself, make it the best forever for someone else by sharing the good news of Jesus Christ!
