Do not let discouragement stop you from doing God’s will!
What is the peace of Christ and how does it work in our lives? What about our purpose? We are chosen people! We've been chosen by God to reap the benefits of Christianity. We must declare praises of our deliverer and ask ourselves daily, "Am I bringing glory to God with my actions?"
We cannot simply put on new clothes over the old clothes and find peace from God. This kind of peace is taking off the old past and putting on the new. When we forgive, we are removing the old clothes! God’s forgiveness does something similar for us - it takes off the old. He never separates from us and rejoices over me and you with gladness.
One of the most loving things God does, and we can do for ourselves, and others, is to admonish each other out of love. Anything other than living in the peace of Christ is harmful. Let us show others today what it's like to live in that peace! The peace that only comes from God!
